to the moon!

I have a Larson Shark I/O with GM 4cyl. Non adjustable trim but has stringer drive. Only goes up and down. First trip had the bow up with lots of water pushing up at the stern. I adjusted the front motor mount to raise the front o the engine and "lower" the stern drive. Took her out today and the same thing nose up and heading for the moon! (the moon is full right now) any ideas?
