Too many impellers for my Suzuki DT25

Hello,

I am a proud owner of a 1991 Suzuki DT25 (Model No: 02503-132880)... and its time to change the impeller!

Every time I call Suzuki dealer in Greece for a price quote I hear a new and different part number!

For my 2-stroke Suzuki manual (see attached scan) the part number is 17461-96400 but every time I ask for it (from a Suzuki dealer) they tell me it changed to something else.

The part number they quote me are
17461-96402
17461-96301
17461-96312
By going on Google I can see that these numbers have nothing to do with what I want!

Can anyone confirm whether the part number 17461-96400, which is located on the manual, has changed to something else and if so which is it?

Since I cannot in the shop I might as well try my luck online!

Browns Marine has info only for the 3 cylinder DT25 and the impeller part number for that engine is the 17461-96402 not the 17461-96400 (mine is the 2 cylinder) which my manual lists. Not sure whats the difference between them...

most of the part #s as they are replaced with a new # go up one number at a time. Your 17461-96400 would turn into 17461-96401 and the next time it would be 17461-96402. They should still fit, but you may want to talk to the part guy to make sure before buying.

I would check with a Suzuki dealer to see if that is what is going on.

OK Solution found!

I actually had to walk in to the shop and find the right answer as over the phone I kept hearing different part numbers all the time...who knows why

In case anybody wonders:
For the Suzuki DT 25 (1991) the old P/N according to the manual is 17461-96400 and the NEW P/N is:17461-96402
