torque 6 hp johnson

Can anyone tell me the head torque on a 1968 6 hp johnson.
Also info on replacing the top and bottom seals. Is it a difficult job?

Top seal can be difficult to get out without the special puller or taking the powerhead apart. But yes, of course it can be done if you are determined.
