Does any know what the torque ratio is for the Heads on a '79 150 Evenrude V6. I am also looking for the normal compression it should be. <br /><br />Your help would be welcomed.
Mac.... The cyl head bolt torque is 18 to 20 foot pounds. Compression on that model should be 100+ psi and even on all cylinders. Note that the torque sequence is numbered on the heads at the cylinder bolt holes.
