I just purchased a new starter after having the nose cone break off of the original one. I cant really tell why the original one broke as the support bracket was on and I dont see any marks from flywheel contact. So Im thinking that maybe torque wrench settings might be important. This is the smaller high torque starter one long one short bolt not offset. does anyone know those particular settings?
