Torque specs, once again

Hey all

Iv'e seen some posts before on to sometimes go on feeling and posts to follow the torque specs in the book, I'm abit confused. Here is alist of areas I will be working with. Im not used to going on 'feeling' yet so I would like to know a value if possible.

Poppit--Nothing in manual
1/2 bolts

Thermostats--Manual says 200 In.Lb
1/2 bolts

LowerUnit--Manual had diffrent sizes
1/2 bolt (trim tab bolt said 25 Ft.Lb)
9/16 bolt
5/8 nuts
5/8 bolt

WaterPump--Manual was unclear on my type Water Pump
5/16 screw
7/16 nuts
1/2 nut

PowerHead--Manual says 30 Ft.Lb
14mm nuts
(strange but fits the best)
And how will I torque them since the nuts are in tight areas? (Crow foot wrench tip on torque wrench?)
