Torque Specs

My new pistons and rebuild kit came today and I am now ready to rebuild my motor. I had the cylinders bored .30 over and the head shaved. I really need the torque specs. on the connection rods, head, and anything else that needs torquing. I have a 1989 Johnson 70hp 3 cylinder, Model #J70TLCEM. Thanks a million. Cant wait to get back shrimping.

Heads = 18 to 20 foot pounds, in following sequence.

9....10 (continue on in circular pattern)
5.....6
1.....2
4.....3
8.....7

Connecting rod = 29 to 31 foot pounds.

Hopefully that .30 is a typo and you meant .030.
