Does anyone know the torque values for the intake bypass, cylinder head covers, intake manifold and exhaust cover bolts? My manual doesn't have specific charts listing these items, just bolt sizes.

I do not have the torque out of the manual. However, there is universal torque values that are based upon bolt size, threads/inch and grade of bolt. This info should be readily available on the net.

I don't know if these are relevant, but the manual for my 85 'Rude 90hp listed the torque values for those parts at something like 60-84in.lbs
