AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!<br /><br />What a bunch of total incompetent morons.<br /><br />MCI applied my payment to the wrong account number. I called and was transferred a million times to different departments. None of them have a clue as to what the heck is going on. All they want to do is transfer me to another department. Supervisors involved in every thing now and they transfer me.<br /><br />Bottom line is they screwed up and cut off my long distance service. But they cant turn it back on until they get their heads out of their asses and fix the payment problem.<br /><br />You would think they could just turn the phone on, they know the money is there. Nope, gotta fix it first, takes 48 hours to fix, nope thats is 96 hours cause the first time didn't work, and then after the payment posts to your account we can turn on you phone service within 72 hours.<br /><br />Anyway, they have lost a customer for sure. I will be switching to AT&T where I am certain this will never happen (insert sarcasm here cause we all know damn well they are just as bad).<br /><br />Ken
