I know I saw another thread about this but I couldn't locate it. I'm in need of some towing insurance and looking for feedback on different carriers, Seatow, Towboat U.S., Vessel Assist. They all have providers in my area (MS Gulf coast). Any experience will be appreciated.

Re: Towing Insurance

If you have a boat policy on your boat you should check with your agent. It may be on your policy or it might be an option you can add. Many policies include a tow if it is part of a covered loss.
Like you hit a submerged object and damage the outdrive on a boat to the point it is not driveable and a tow is required. Many companies would pay for that tow as part of the bigger covered loss.

Re: Towing Insurance

I had to go with Sea-tow just for what they offer in my area and I spend alot of time on the water and I have never seen a Towboat U.S. boat but I have seen up to 3 sea tow boats in a single day.
Just my 2 cents
