I recently purchased a Rinda diagnostic scanner (love it by the way) and as I went thru the codes I keep getting a low voltage code for the throttle position sensor any ideas on what would cause this code if I clear it, it shows up again the TPS is new Thanks for any advice

what is the actual voltage being shown? what is your 5 volt buss show for a voltage?

could be a bad connection or signal wire
could be a low 5 volts
could be throttle plates adjusted incorrectly

most systems have TPS signal voltage between 0.5 and 0.7 volts at idle, and 4.5 volts at WOT

yes not sure what the voltage reads it just giving me low voltage error it is a new TPS I will clean the connectors see if that helps what would be the ramifications of this error?

measure the signal wire voltage with a DVM.
