Tracker Panfish 04 Crappie Boat Bilge Pump location and access?

It used to work OK but now something is making it blow fuses. I stuck my phone back there but still can't see it much less figure out how to get at it. Could someone give me some tips on how to go about this? I'm not very skilled at this but it's a major hassle to get it out of the water and to the dealer (who charges a lot and makes you wait for weeks) so I'd like to try to do what I can. Thanks

Ayuh,..... Donno yer boat, but the basics are the same,......

The bilge pump is at the low point of the hull, usually back by the drain plug,......

Ya remove as much stuff as necessary to get to it, 'n clear the blockage, or replace it as required,....
Then replace all the stuff ya had to remove to get to it,.......

Once you get it out as Bondo says, make a bracket out of flat aluminum stock. Mount the pump and float to that, slide it to where its got to be and attach the other end to a bulkhead or stringer. Makes future service a whole lot easier!
