tracker v16sc live well problem

i have a tracker v16sc fishing boat . i never use the live well that runs front to back along the port side. my problem is if the boat sits at the dock for more than a couple days the live well takes on about 6'' of water . i can find no way to pump it out other than using a manual hand pump . any ideas how to stop the water from entering or pump it out ?

on other Tracker models you can pull or push (can't remember for sure) the nozzle that brings in fresh water. When it is not bringing in new water it is pumping out the water in the well.
