Anyone here have their trailer wheel alignment checked, and or adjusted, and how do they adjust it? I went to a trailer manufacturer here, they would not touch the square tube axle on it. Recommended replacement. My toe in/toe out is off, 2 years old, EZ Loader wants to send me a new complete axle approx $600 w/shipping. The next place is 1 1/2 hours away. The Larson complete warranty on everything for 5 years as I was told by dealer is BS, not true, I should have known better...

Re: Trailer Axle Alignment

Are you wanting to align to correct tire wear or "Dog Walking"?

"Dog Walking" could be easily corrected by measuring from the tongue and shifting (it possible, some setups have guide pins that are non-adjustable)

Tire wear, replace axel.

3500# axel at www.trailerpart4.com is $109.00

Re: Trailer Axle Alignment

I've been told a million times by every shop that I've asked that they won't touch trailers. My dealer said the same thing, that it's a trailer manufacturer issue. My wheels have positive camber as Karavan apparently expects that you pile a ton of weight in the boat. I wore the outside of my tires down in two years, flipped them on the rims to get another year, and just bought new Goodyears. Still nobody will touch the camber issue.
