I have a new 2014 Stingray and a new tandem axle aluminum trailer (bought separately). I positioned the bunks to be near where the hull stringers are. They can actually be moved in another few inches to be directly under the stringers but i want to avoid making the boat unstable. Outside bunk to outside bunk is 37".. what do you guys think? thanks!

no problem to fix, just trying to get these bunks positioned correctly. i know you generally want to get them lined up under the boats stringers.. but where does it get to the point that the bunks are too close and the boat can roll off around a turn. Wondering if there is a guideline to minimum safe spacing

Eh.... If your main bunks are extremely close together you can add a couple more further out to stabilize... They can be much shorter as they don't have to support much weight.
