trailer paint or not ?

i have a shorliner trailer with 17ft mckee trailer is 1978 galvanized
the trailer galving is in pretty go shape touched up with cold galv at some repairs [welds] may paint it .or should i leave it alone ,
if i paint what will i ahve to do to the galv and what type paint should
i use i can spray anything .or roll and tip
any help on what to do or use would be great

Personally I would leave it as is.

Leave it alone. Touch it up with Galv. paint.

I would leave it alone too. The weld will outlast the other metal.
I painted a non-galvanized trailer once using Zinc Chromate - nasty stuff.

Leave it galved.......... Zinc Chromate, a blast from the past. Worked good.

leave it alone, then you can see any rust forming, and take action to stop it.

thanks guys its in good shape ,going to put anew axle and springs under it
and fenders and bearings and touch it up it looks good bud the galv is fadeing ,will take yalls advice
