I have a trailer i believe if i put a bit of work into it,it may be good to use. Here is my biggest issue. The wheel bolts and nuts are rusted good. What is the best if there is any kind of chemical to put on rusty nuts and bolts to loosen the wheels on the trailer. There on there i mean good.I have a flat tire on one and a rotted tire on the other.I just want to get the whole tire and rim off and put 2 new rims and tires on.Another is the springs, are they rather easy to take off and put on or is there a special way to take them off and put new ones on.The bunks i can do.The jack on the trailer is toast to,rusted to all heck but they have them at walmart for $33.Any help on this would be great, thanks.

The very best unseizing product is a homemade mix of 50/50 Acetone/ATF. Squirt some on the threads, let sit a day, squirt again and the next day hit them with an impact gun.

Re: Trailer repair

If you know anyone with oxyacetylene equipement, putting some heat on the nuts/studs will get them off too. There is also a product made by Henkel I believe that uses intense cold to freeze the metal, which shrinks it. It's an aerosol.
I had the same issues on my trailer. The PO had never kept the nuts free and they just wouldn't budge, no matter what I did. My boat guy got them all freed with heat and a very long bar. Unfortunately one of the studs sheared, so I have 5 studs on one wheel, 4 on the other. TBH, when I get round to sorting them out, I may just replace the whole hubs. They look crap anyway and I know one is leaking a seal. Your leaf springs seem to be in as good a condition as mine!! LOL

Naval Jelly. Put it on, leave it for a day, come back and wipe the rust away.

There are a variety of products that one might buy cheaper than mixing your own, Liquid wrench is one. WD40 is not a penetrating oil for loosening stuck bolts. Apply liberally and tap with a hammer to create vibrations, repeat daily until it loosens.

A 36" breaker bar with the correct socket is about all the torque I would place use on a frozen wheel lug. Any longer bar may shear the bolt. Heat even if just from a propane torch using MAPP gas may also help.

If the lug nuts are as rusty as you say, put the wrench on and twist them off. Put new bolts and nuts on. There cheap. they will probably snap off on the highway when you don't want them to. ( like if you have a flat)
