Trailer Sway Bars

Does anyone use sway bars on their pontoon boat trailer?

I don't experience sway …..maybe a tiny little......when a big truck passes me, but I do experience sway when I move the truck steering wheel the slightest. If I have to make a "drastic" swerve to avoid something in road....the boat trailer does a good bit of swaying.

Anyone?

Excessive sway is typically an indication of not enough tongue weight.

What are you pulling it with and what is your tongue weight?

Really low tire(s) and/or broken springs might be suspect as well.

Ayuh,..... Welcome Aboard,..... You don't need a swaybar, you need to better balance yer load,.....

Put more weight onto the hitch,.....
