That fact sheet is pretty much dead-on. You can read the date code on the side-wall of your tires to get an accurate age. Bear in mind they may have been in a warehouse for a year or two before being placed into service, but I would never run a set of trailer tires that are five years beyond that date code, given the modest price for new tires. I always run mine at the max. pressure listed on the tires, BTW.
