Got a simple question and just need a quick answer on it:

What tire pressure should I be running on my trailer tires?

I have a Lund WC 16' with a King Saltwater 1210 trailer. The trailer has 4.80-12 tires and the whole set up weighs approximately 950 lbs with boat, trailer, engine, and gear. Should I be running the tires at the max pressure of 65psi or should they be more similar to a car tire at 32psi?

Run them at the max pressure in my opinion or you will overheat them, overflex the sidewalls and have blowout issues. Does it actually say "max pressure" on the tires ??? or "inflate to 65 lb" ??

65psi. Trailer tires are not similar to car tires in any way except appearance.

Run max on the tire sidewall. If they start wearing in the middle, drop 5 - 10 pounds.
