Trailering Lock replacement

A newbie here,

I have a 50HP 2000 Johnson that the Trailering Lock broke off as I turned it so I could lower the motor. It looks a though it was broken for a while as it was rusted half of the break area.

How do I replace it and where do I get one?

Check shop.evinrude.com and look up your mtr. They have good parts diagrams.

Check the top secret files at the beginning of this forum for salvage yards. You may get a better price.
