I have a 20' 98 Bayliner cuddy cabin trophy with a 98 force 120 hp motor.
Problem: when throttle applied my fishfinder screen gets scrambled and has interfernce bad but at super low speed i do get alot better readings.

pic is attached, can anyone give any advice? or pictures of their transducer location on their bayliner trophy boat?

I'd like to think that your problem could be solved #1: isolating your coax from your wiring harness #2: wire your electronics directly to the power source (ie fuse block or from the battery) and not from some other power-robbing electrical equipment. It appears you have experimented with all sorts of transducer adjustments. Just wondering you've found the "sweet spot" yet. You could have stopped with your first set of transducer screw holes and the location would have been just fine.

Try to determine if it is electrical noise or just transducer alignment/placement. While drifting and getting a good signal, rev the outboard, and see if you get any of the issues you saw. If so, check to make sure that motor has resister plugs and wires are in good shape. If not, try lowering transducer. It looks a little high.

Yours sounds more like position/alignment. Start a different thread and include some pictures of transducer mount.
