Transom mount, 18" to starboard of the keel.

Locate. Mark holes. Drill. Apply 5200. Install mount. Done, and have a beer...

1" #10 Panheads should be the screw of choice...

Step by Step How to Install Your Transom-mounted Transducer:

(1) Install working bilge pump
(2) Purchase good sponges
(3) Drink beer (particularly if you are a non-drinker) prior to drilling
(2) Save your money for repairs.
