Copied files out of a Favorites folder on to a cd, then to a thumb drive. Now I'm trying to get them in my favorites from the thumb. Going from browser to browser is easy peasy. Even after all the googling it seems I can only move 1 file at a time which would be extremely time consuming since there are a bunch of folders. Any ideas?
Thanks, Musky....

Use windows file explorer, select the files or folders, then move to where you want them. you can find it under windows accessories.

Transferring folders from thumb drive to laptop? Left click on the folder in the thumb drive, then right click and select "copy". Open the favorites folder on your laptop. Right click & paste. You can even do a multiple select and copy from the thumb drive and move more than 1 folder at a time.

Try using import and point to the thumb drive as the source.

In fact export the faves to the thumb first and save a step. Then import.

Everything is on a thumbdrive. If I import, it will only let me import 1 file at a time. I have to open individual folders, open a file to import...

Ma got a new computer. Best Buy moved pics, bookmarks etc to a cd. Her new computer doesn't have a cd reader. So I dumped them from the cd to a thumb drive and want to import the files to their proper spots on her new computer. She went from Win7 to Win10. If I was just moving them from browser to browser it would take seconds. I tried it on my computer. In fact, I'm doing this on my computer so I know what to do when I get to hers...

New Edge, old Chrome. For Edge I read it's best to load files on a different browser then transfer browser to browser. I tried it with my chrome to edge, took literally 2 seconds...
