Looking to buy a V-156 and I was wondering if it requires long shaft or short shaft motor. The boat is a 1975 so what are the odds that the stringers/transom are rotted out. Boat is 125 miles from me and I am talking to somone that knows nothing about the boat,friend of a friend deal. Any other info would be appreciated,thanks.
