There may be some good books on the subject, I don't think that is one of them tho. There's more to learn here, and you can ask questions specific to your own project. If you have any question just ask away, folks here like to help. Chief ;)

For gods sakes don't buy it I got the fllor 1 and its not so good. Books? Who needs books when you have us. :D Ok some books maybe we don't do everything. :eek:

"Runabout Renovation" Jim Anderson's book is the bible on rebuilding an old boat. You can get it most places for about $15. The list of Suppliers in the back is worth its weight in gold.

It walks you through everything from how to survey the old tub to complete floor/transom/paint/upholstery repair. It also has a small section about aluminum boats.
