Hey everyone,
Looks like I may have found the culprit. It looks like whoever installed the lowrance fish finder cable did not use below water silicone on one screw. When I took the screw out that holds the cable to the transom water stared trickling out. I hooked up the shop vac and sucked out water until it stopped then applied 3M 4200 to the holes.
