Well I finally started my rebuild project. I bought a 1988 Bayliner Capri 2150 with a 3.0L. A little under powered I know, but replaced that with a 4.3L. Back to the rebuild, when I pulled the outdrive off I noticed the Transom had some rot. So I watched alot of you tube and read alot on iboats. So I dug right in. I cut the seat boxes out and pulled up the floor in the rear where the batteries went. I then cut out the fiberglass to expose the rotten plywood. There I found all the rot. So I got a breaker bar a cisal and a hammer, and started removing all the plywood. Then I sanded it all smooth. thought everything was going great. Untill I got out of the boat and looked at the back of the boat and there I saw 2 small cracks where the teeth from the breaker bar had cracked the hull behind the transom on the outside. Is . there an easy way to fix this. I will post picks tomorrow have to work tonight 3rd shift it sucks. thanks for the advice in advance Randy
