I can throw a rock from my front door and hit where West System is designed/manufactured. Kind of a bummer as I like to support local folks, but, I ordered US Composites and saved a ton of money on an excellent product.

Lol, im making my way through your islander restore thread and find it amazing you could throw a rock at your place and hit anything but trees, or a tree fort ;)

Well went to the local lumber yard today. I ended up with marine grade plywood. It looked better that the ac plywood they had on hand. So I epoxy marine plywood the same as an Arauco ACX? I'll take more pics soon.

yup. same procedure. "marine grade" just uses waterproof glue to hold the plys together and is relatively free of voids, but can otherwise rot the same as any other wood, and therefore needs to be sealed, but once it is, it should last for ages.
