Transom repair done, what type of paint for bilge?

Looks like my boat is coming back together. Just got back from the fiberglass shop, looks good, but wanted to paint it back to the original black color. I see some paints out there for bilge, but nothing in black. I have done some searches, and some recommend a two part epoxy and other just a professional rust-oleum with a harder. Seems like epoxy is over kill for a newly fiberglassed bilge area?
Any suggestions would be appreciated

I used rustoleum ext paint no hardener. Looks the same as when I did it years ago.

If the bilge is perpetually wet, regular paint, and even one part polyurethane paint will not hold up. How about tinting some gelcoat black?
