i know i havent posted here in a while, been to bussy to make much progress on the boat. well anyway almost all of the old wood out just have a thin layer and little peices left stuck to the outter skin, i noticed that the transom outter skin is quite thin and flimsy, that kinda throws a wrench in my plan, it is a curved transom i was planning on layering in 1/4 inch ply and clamping to the outer skin to get the desired shape, im afraid if i do this its going to distort the outer skin more than it bends the ply if that happens my splashwell will not fit right. i figured some of the experts here might have some idea's. only thing i could realy think of is to biuld up a few extra layers of f/g on the inside of the outter skin before trying to biuld the transom
