defently got some idea's going i think im going to biuld it out of 1/4 inch 1 layer at a time inside the boat, i havent gotten a chance to work on it as it rained all day then i worked late and then today it was snowing, dident feel like being out even though im working in the garage dident feel like being out there plus i worked late im still open to more sugestions if anyone has any.

here's my idea, haven't done it on a transom, but have laninate wood this way for other projects. build a frame, attach it to the boat, grease use the back side of the piece to be laminated, insert it and thru bolt it, then another layer. the fill the holes with 3m5200.

well i did some work on the boat today, i sanded the inner skin to remove some very thin amounts of wood still stuck to the outter skin and rough it all up. then i repaired 2 1.5 inch long 1/4 inch wide holes i put in the outter skin with the tip of an electic chainsaw. when that is fully cured ill sand the repair area and then i should be ready to start intalling my ply
