Transom Saver ? 1990 Maxum 17'

i bought a new to me 1990 17' Maxum with an 85hp Force. The trailer for this boat has no cross bar on the back to mount a transom saver to. What is the best course of action when your trailer comes to a Y in the back and no 'easy' way to set up a transom saver?

A picture is worth a thousand words. In this case, maybe more. We have no idea what the back of your trailer looks like since we don't even know the brand name.

Got a welder? I fabbed up my own transom saver using some square tubing and a couple small pieces of angle iron. Total cost was less than $20.

I'm sure you could do something similar.
