Transom Seal Kit OEM # 986174

I Need to pull the drive and align and reseal again but I see bellows/gimbal bearing kits being sold on ebay when I search for OMC 986174 (Yeah, I know NLA) are showing Sierra 18-2771 as an equal. Does anyone have experience with this part as a fitting replacement for the OMC 986174?

I probably wouldn't worry about that seal too much. Would be ok to use non OEM there. What seals the u-joint bellows is the bellows itself.
