Hey, i'm planning on removing my old inboard from my 20 ft fiberglass boat and redoing transom for an outboard, maybe 90 hp or a little more. My question was if i strip out plywood there and replace with coosa board, how thick should it be? Also should i use one thick sheet or 2 thinner sheets with some fiberglass in between?
