Transom Water Leak

How’s it going everyone? I’m coming off of a bellows/gimbal bearing replacement for an alpha one gen 2 (0D566044). Water was leaking through the gimbal bearing and I have all that fixed. Put it in the water today and it turns out I have another leak. As shown in the picture below, I have a waterfall (not shown lol) coming in around where the trim lines pass through and below where the exhaust meets the gimbal housing. It’s fast enough to fill the bilge up to the bottom of the starter in about 5 minutes. Any ideas where to start with this?

Thank you sir! I do have that Mercathode and will look into that gasket. If that fails to fix the problem and is leaking around the gasket for the exhaust elbow, can that elbow be removed without having to pull the drive or the engine?

That whole assembly would have to be missing completely to fill the bilge. I`d be looking t the Y pipe area
To service that area the drive and engine need to be removed

the plate with the 4 hoses and the gasket .. all I/O `s have an exaust pipe single or Y
