Anybody have a good fitting/solution for cooling the engine with an alpha outdrive removed? Trying to find something that can be wedged or something into the bellhousing port that won't pop out when I'm not paying attention. Currently removed hose from PS cooler, but it's messy. Garden hose is too small, thinking about wrapping it with duct tape, but was hoping for something a bit more elegant that I can keep on hand. I'm also thinking about making a dedicated length of hose with a shutoff that I can hook to muffs on one end and garden hose on the other so I can shut the water off from inside the boat...

I used a long piece of regular 5/8 heater hose pushed onto the transom fitting. The cheapo Prestone radiator flush kits have fittings to adapt the heater hose to garden hose connections.

I just stuff the hose (without any fittings on the end) into the water inlet port in the bell housing, then cable tie it in place against one of the drive mounting studs.

Ended up doing the below. Just a regular hose nozzle. Not elegant, but works and didn't require cutting a hose..
