trim and tilt prob.

motor trims up just fine all three positions will not trim down without doing some up and down rocking with the switch . many times the down switch will onlly get a little rrrrr and no action? is a 95 60 hp merc on nitro 160
have some experience with dc brush motors of various sizes . is it very difficult to change brushes in these motors?
