Trim 'click' 'click'

So I loaned my 1981 Wellcraft V20 (150 HP Mariner) to a buddy and she ended up with water over the transom and dang near sank.

Well ever since the trim pump (2 hose single cylinder) just clicks when you try to move it up or down. I assume solenoid (it appears to have 2?) tried to arc them to no avail.

Need to get her home and take a closer look - just looking for initial thoughts here.

take off connections and dry/clean them good, you might get lucky. if not they are probably fried

Thanks - by they you mean the solenoids?
