Hello All, Im replacing all the hardware on my Alpa One Gen, on SEI's website it lists 2 possible hardware kits but list one kit for a 15 9/16 cylinder and another at 16 3/16. My question is where do I take this measurement???? The rams are off the outdrive. I have tried finding the length by crossing the the part number on the cylinder but the length is not listed that I can see.
Thanks in advance
Pat

I would suggest center pivot points, where big rubber washers fit. Measure when ram in fully retracted. You can measure bolt center to bolt center.

Post your Transom assembly or stern drive serial number as it may help with finding a cross match.
