Trim gauge on older outboard

Is ther any way to install a trim gauge on an older ('73 Johnson) outboard? Are there kits to provide some sort of position indication?

Hey gearhead,<br />I recently bought and installed a trim gauge on my '76 'rude so you should be able to find one for a '73. I got mine from my local OMC dealer. Gauge and sending unit I think was about $120.00.<br /><br />c/6<br /><br />Hooty
