Lower unit wasn't trimming up and then I sanded corrosion on the limiter connections. Now it will trim up but ignores the limiter. Any idea what happened?
Most likely it needs to be adjusted. Place a ohm meter across the 2 leads and rotate it to see if the circuit opens at some point. Do remove from drive and rotate by hand
