Trim limits on SX-M drive

I just sold my ancient (1987) Alpha 1 boat, and got a 2006 SX-M boat.

Is there anything that is supposed to stop the trim motor when you reach the bottom or top of travel (other than the captain!)? I don't know if there is a problem, or if the drive just does not com with any trim limit switches in either direction?

No switches just need to watch the gauge or on quiet days lisen for the motor to change tones till you get use to it.
