I am having problems with my trim.
the battery is fully charged and solenoids work fine... as i press the up trim i hear the motor pump but nothing moves..... press the down trim and the same thing...the two tabs are are out and the hydraulic stuck in the down positiion....
i noticed a leak in hydraulic fluid coming from one of the pins.
How do i change the O-rings??
and what is needed and where can i get these parts.
what tool is needed to remove that part.. in the picture with the four holes that surround the pin??

http://www.geocities.com/evangelion_21/boat/boat6.jpg

any help would be much appreciated for no work can be done until the trim will allow to raise the motor back up

thanks in advance,
dungY

don't know what motor you have but any J/E dealer should have the seals and o-rings. You also might check the fluid...if it's leaking you might be low and that could be the reason for non-operation...just a thought :)

dungY don't know what you have engine wise, but I had a similar instance this summer and had a spring broke under the pump. Its about the size of an ink pen spring. My 2 cent worth.
