I was rebuild cylinders on Alpha One gen II leg. Sometimes/randomly the leg is not going completly down. It stay about 1-2cm from the bottom point (if im looking on cylinders). If i pump leg completly UP with "trailer" button and if im going DOWN again - the leg is going completly down now. If im looking on the cylinder directly after that (after going completly down). I can see that the leg is going slowly up - only bit (1mm etc..). Please have somebody some advice what i should be? I was trying bleed the whole air from system but it is not easy as the manual says :) may be that there is some air in the system?

Make sure the resevoir is at the correct level and lather some marine grease on both ss shafts and run it up and down a few times. That should be the cure.Charlie
