Hello, been awhile since i have posted on this site. Usually just read up on others issues. Anyways....

1996 Glastron gs160. 1997 115 evinrude intruder outboard.

My issue is the trim switch on my throttle handle no longer lifts the motor. It will move it down but not up. The Trim switch on the motor still works for both directions. I assume the switch in the handle is bad, i just don't see a manufacturer name on the handle and I'm Hoping i don't have to buy a whole new throttle assembly just for this switch. Anyone have any info for me on what to track down and what to check to see if its the switch and where/how to replace it? thanks in advance for any help anyone can provide.

Ayuh,.... With a Multimeter, meter the switch, 'n it's wires back to the pump.....

Btw,..... Never Assume... always test....
