Trim/Tilt Assembly for 1988 Sea Ray 4.3

Boat sank..

I am replacing the trim pump and surrounding components..

I found a good deal on a used entire assembly, for which the seller says is part number 865380A13.. however, i do not know if this fits my boat, or if I replaced the entire assembly, would it matter if it is the same as the original?
