Trim/Tilt not working

I got back to the slip today after a successful day on the water, and I go to tilt the engine back up and it won't move - neither up or down. The solenoids are clicking, but the engine won't move. It is now about 1/4 of the way up only because it was tilted up to get up the inlet to the slip at low water. It has been slow before, but now it's not moving at all. The fluid was topped off about a month ago when I launched the boat this year.

Any help is appreciated.

I would like to replace the T/T motor, but when I go to the find a replacement part, all the websites say "no longer available" I have found some motors on ebay, but I don't have a part number for just the T/T motor.

It is a 1988 mariner 150 Serial = 0A906046
