I am doing some engine work for a guy on a 2001 moomba with a chevy 350, he wants me to take a look at the trim pump because the outdrive doesn't do anything when you move thetrim lever up or down, he said the dealer he bought it from said that it may be low on oil. How do I go about trouble shooting this probem as I am only somewhat familiar with these trim set ups.
