trim will not go down after fully up in trailure mode

I have a 05 Mercruser bravo 3 outdrive that will not drive down. Motor works in both directions , pump fluid is clean and full. Removed out/up lines on both trim cylinders and stood and jumped on the sterndrive. Still it stays up in trailure mode. Has anyone come across this before.

Ayuh,... Could be corrosion in/ on the rams, or the drives' pivot pins....
Disconnect the rams to see which it is...

Is that Trailure mode as in failure mode?

Not sure there is a trailer mode just a button to bypass the trim limit switch.

Kinda sounds like a stuck check valve in the pump.
